Refund Policy
If you feel you have received an item in error or it is damaged in transit, please return the unopened item at customer's expense for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery along with a copy of the invoice you received. For return questions or concerns please contact us by email at Sales@TingSoda.com We will remit the full purchase price of the items you return excluding shipping charges. (We also ask that you include the reason for the return to help us better serve you in the future.)
Payment
For convenient and secure shopping, use we use PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order. This method of payment however, will delay shipment, since products will not be shipped until money order/check is received. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email with a confirmation number.
